Wakefield Peregrine Project is a member of the Peregrine Network, an initiative of the Hawk and Owl Trust and funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund.
The Peregrine Network brings together peregrine researchers and enthusiasts from urban peregrine nest sites and projects around the country. The Peregrine Network creates a platform that provides a central digital data store containing a comprehensive collective of peregrine literature and information. It also provides an opportunity for researchers and enthusiasts to come together and share experiences, identify issues and develop strategies to protect and conserve wild peregrines.
By bringing together all those involved with wild peregrines, the Peregrine Network provides an opportunity for an increase in understanding, knowledge and awareness, which will also help to educate and enthuse future generations.
